With the increase in sub prime mortgage lenders flooding the Irish mortgage market, independent mortgage advise is absolutely essential. We are about to start a series of posts reviewing the most established, well known and trustworthy mortgage brokers in 2008.

There are many Irish mortgage brokers who are actually tied to specific lenders and their advice is far from independen. So how do we differentiate the independent from the not so independent? Easy, we’ll do it for you. Our new section will review brokers in Ireland and only publish reviews on the verified brokers not tied to any specific lender.
